One of RoboCut core value is safety. Due to rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic and inability to monitor shipped products, returns are declined (including refunds and product exchanges) for the safety of our customers, associates and postal workers.
 
During pandemic, Robocut offers teleWarranty: if malfunction, contact 970 481 1972 or haircut@haircut.com. Info aided if needed by phone-pics messaged or Emailed will diagnose what part needs replacing. The part will be mailed to you.

You have our money back guarantee: use our RoboCut for 30 days (plus another 30 days grace period) and if you are not fully satisfied, simply return it for a full refund of the purchase price. Just do not exceed 60 days between the day you received it and the day we get it back. The cost of shipping back is paid by the customer. The way to ship it back, UPS, USPS, FedEx ... is chosen by the customer. 
 
You also have our 1 year TOTAL warranty. This is not just parts and labor like most other warranties. This is everything: if your haircutter has any problem or you damage it accidentally or "you run your truck over it", we will repair or replace it free of charge for 1 year after purchase. Plus you have another 1 year grace period, includes parts and labor. Inside 2 years, expect free warranty.
