Refund policy

During pandemic there is no money back guarantee.

You have our money back guarantee: use our RoboCut for 30 days (plus another 30 days grace period) and if you are not fully satisfied, simply return it for a full refund of the purchase price. Just do not exceed 60 days. The cost of shipping back is paid by the customer. The way to ship it back, UPS, USPS, FedEx ... is chosen by the customer. We recommend FedEx-Ground, it costs less and is traceable. We can issue the refund just based on the tracking number.
